CELESTIA-APP v9.0.8 — Mainnet Beta upgrade

Dear partners and node operators, We are pleased to announce a new version of celestia-app today. Please upgrade as soon as possible to benefit from the latest fixes and improvements.

Celestia-app:
Source builds require Go 1.26.6 or newer.
This release upgrades to celestia-core v0.40.9, bounds the blob-transaction validation cache, and fixes signer-data handling after failed transaction checks.
Heavy RPC requests are limited to 20 concurrently, shared across HTTP, WebSocket, and gRPC. Configure max_concurrent_heavy_requests under [rpc] in config.toml and restart to adjust the limit. The 20 value is set for 32GB of RAM. if your RPC has more, you can adjust the value accordingly.
