Mocha 4 shut down

Dear partners and node operators,
the time has come to shut down mocha-4 network.

All validators kindly exit your validators and you may shut down or move your nodes to mocha-5.
All partners are encouraged to switch their projects and/or supporting infrastructure to mocha-5.

If anyone would need any historical data, we have a snapshot here.
