CELESTIA-NODE v0.29.2-arabica — Arabica upgrade

Dear partners and node operators,

We are pleased to announce a new version of celestia-node today. Please upgrade as soon as possible to benefit from the latest fixes and improvements.

Celestia-node:

This patch release includes a fix for a Bridge node gossip race condition that was causing excessive warning logs, new delegation rewards API endpoints (WithdrawDelegatorReward and QueryDelegationRewards), and startup-time verification of core network endpoints. It also upgrades the go-header library with per-peer timeout support and performance optimizations, and adds new cel-shed tooling for data management.
