CELESTIA-NODE v0.26.4  - Mainnet Beta upgrade

Dear partners and node operators, We are pleased to announce a new version of  celestia-node today. Please upgrade as soon as possible to benefit from the latest features.

This release  is a config breaking release. Please see how to update your config.

⚠️ Important additional step for bridge nodes only - migration. Run the following commands to migrate:- cd celesta-node
- make cel-shed
- stop your bridge node (this is important)
- [update](https://docs.celestia.org/how-to-guides/celestia-node-troubleshooting#resetting-your-config) config
- ./cel-shed header store-reset <node_path> --tail 1
- start your node
